These Terms govern your use of the Sankalp Sadhna website and program, offered by Coach Jeetu Sharma.
By using this website or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The program
- You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
- Sankalp Sadhna is a one-time payment of ₹499 for the 21-day journey, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
- Batch 05 starts on 5 November 2026.
- Enrollment is for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
2. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed on the secure checkout page.
- This is not a monthly subscription.
- Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.
3. Content
Program materials belong to us. You may use them for your own practice. Do not copy, share, or sell the content without permission.
4. Important note
This program is for educational and personal-development purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the program will not exceed the fee you paid for it.
6. Changes
We may update the program or these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
